Base failure. Called support and was told to send to Texas for repairs. Uacceptable

However, it is hampered by poor sound quality, as the microphones in each of the four satellite units is the size of a pinhole.

PANASONIC KX-TGE245B

The sound quality is bad. When using the speaker there was a tinny sound. While talking the call would fade out. A call was also dropped. It is very disappointing.

Great phone BUT...

But the problem I encountered is when using the speaker phone it would give off digital popping sounds. It is really annoying and distracting. At first I thought it was because I was to far from the base. But when I was near the base it did the same thing. At this time I can not recommend the unit but I will return it for a new one and will update if the problem is resolved.
