good phones, batteries could last longer before needing a recharge

So far so good, very happy with this phone system.

have not seen a full charge on them. had them for 2 months.

I have been using my purchase with great pleasure.

My voice is muffled if I do not hold the phone a certain way. Very frustrating. Limited phone book entries. Main complaint is my voice is muffled more often than not. I have had this product too long to exchange it I will buy a different phone after I do more research. I do like the voice caller ID and the message system

Purchased at suggestion of staff to replace existing phones. Phones go in and out, light and sound flicker and static on phone. Old phones, same manufacturer were much better.

A few good features, but, sadly, more bad ones tips the scale into negative territory. No way to delete INDIVIDUAL messages - just an 'all delete' option. Speaker quality very poor on these phones. Soft keys are hard to activate, as they are flush with the body of the phone and not raised. Phone is bigger with good sized buttons, but tactile feel is not quite right. I'm considering returning for another brand.

I purchased my Panasonic phone system to allow me to have phones at various points in my home. The phone system works perfectly. However, in needs a speed dialing system.

Nothing special. Price was too high. I have had other brands, and in comparison, the price was too high. I was glad to get 5 phones however.

The menus on the phone are a bit confusing. It takes a while to get used to them. Other than that the phone works ok.

Bought & replaced 3 times before giving up. All had the same issue. Don't Buy This Unit.

Needed 5 handsets - got them. Works fine. Wanted bigger buttons for older family members - hence 3 stars.

Nice desktop, speaker phone and answering machine but no caller ID on main desktop base. Numerous times callers have complained that the quality is very poor and I have to hang up and call from cellphone, typically when battery is going low.

I wish the speaker was louder. Other than that I really like the phones

Buttons don't work. Phone has an echo Difficult for other person to hear.

We started looking for a phone system that would block all the @#!$% telemarketing calls that were increasing every day and we were looking for a system to replace the good old reliable Panasonic sets that we've had for years. We purchased the Panasonic KX-TGE245B after determining that the silvery keys light up brightly rather than just being back-lit like some other models that have black keys. (Some models also come with a Bluetooth feature but we didn't need or want that.) The handsets have a big, bright, easy to read display and the headset jacks are a useful feature also. We have been using the KX-TGE245B system for a week now and couldn't be happier! It was very easy to set up and program - and the clarity is excellent, both on the speakerphone and the handsets themselves. The Talking Caller ID is wonderful but best of all is the ability to block up to 250 numbers - including anything that just says "Out Of Area" or "Private Caller". We've already stopped several persistent telemarketers that were calling us TWICE a day! Peace reigns once more in the household and we can finally enjoy an uninterrupted evening meal. In our opinion you can't go wrong with this phone system!

I bought this so I could make conference calls, either I misunderstood the directions, or the feature only works for "conference" calls within the multiple phones provided... Needless to say the directions weren't descriptive enough. I returned this item.

No more Panasonic products for my house. Sound is not clear at all. I have had 3 panasonic phones before this one.Very dissappointed this time.

I bought this phone for my parents, who were having trouble seeing the caller ID on their old phone. I have a similar, older system, but this one is better. It has an even easier to read display and buttons. While my phone blocks just 30 numbers, this one blocks 250, which will block all those spoofed scammers. The talking caller ID is also a feature that is very useful. Both of my parents love this phone.
