Not as intuitive as it should be

Great phone, bought a set for Mother-in-law

Good printer; difficult setup

However, I was disappointed with the difficulty I had setting it up. The instructions with it were very minimal to say the least. I was unable to download the latest printer updates either from the website or the CD provided with the printer. Not sure why, but kept getting errors and message "unable to complete download". I finally had to go to HP Chat and the tech was able to download the updates successfully.
