These phones will not keep a charge. I bought them for my mother for her birthday and we are extremely disappointed. i need to return this set of telephones and purchase a more reliable set immediately.

Hi Dee, thank you for your feedback and making the choice to purchase our Panasonic phone system. We understand your frustration that the purchased phone system did not hold a charge which may be isolated to this unit. The phone bottoms are big but it is hard to push them. It is not very intuitive about how to do things using the phone menus.

System works fine but has some shortcomings. Primarily the range is quite short. Getting more than about 50 feet from the base the signal starts to break up.

I bought this as a replacement for my old phone. It was like living in the early 90's again. The phone looked and felt like I was trying to be retro. The battery life was horrible. I returned it and got an AT&T.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We recommend you move the main base unit's AC adapter to ensure its not the AC power outlet causing the static you are hearing. -AM Panasonic

Phone is all that and more

This phone is great and has loads of features. I especially like the link to cell which allows me to answer my cell phone on my landline phone. Set up was a little labor-intensive but worth it once you get everything like you like it. The clarity and audio is great. This is a good purchase that is worth the money, and if you find it cheaper somewhere else Best Buy will match the price.

    Good group of phones

The phones sound good and have an audio announcement of the caller's name. (Sometimes that's comical.) The message machine is easy to use and clear. The only negative is that the wall mount keeps the phone too high on the wall for a person under 5'-6" to use it easily..

This is a good phone overall, I had to return the first one I got because it was defective, but the replacement works just fine. One small annoyance is that I can't put my phone company's full voice-mail number in, then a pause, then my number, and then my voice-mail password. My old Panasonic phone did this, and while it's not a deal breaker, it's a small annoyance having to enter the password every time. Haven't used the link to cell since I have a wireless network extender in my house and just use my actual cell phones, but it seems like a good feature.

I had not used a landline for years and do not really like to. This phone system announces the caller which saves a trip to the phone.

I wanted to love my new phone system, but I don't. The numbers are so big, they remind me of when cordless phones first came out, and they are somewhat funky to push. The battery life of these phones is not near what they were with my old Uniden set. These phones pretty much have to stay on the charger all the time when not in use. I had a call blocker unit I had purchased from amazon and it will not work with this brand of phone. So I now have all the telemarketer calls again. I think I'm returning this and dragging out the old Uniden and just buying new replacement batteries for all the handsets.

Will not link to my IPhone 6

I have had this phone over a week. Day one I contacted Panasonic about my problem. They told me to clear my cell phone & try again. I did, & it didn't work. Now I have to pair my cell phone with everything again. They then said to put into the cordless phone #6111. I emailed back the phone only accepts 3 digits. They wrote put #6111 in the phone. I told them the same thing. That was a week ago, no answer. Very bad customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your iPhone6 pairing experience. To pair your phone you will want to place the iPhone into the Bluetooth search mode. Then on the Panasonic press [MENU], then press the [#] button. Then press [6], [2], [4], [1]. After a long beep - the two are then paired. -AM Panasonic
