Phone works and has been reliable with good reception. Only two minor annoyances for me. One is that the earpiece volume is too low and the other is that the flashing light for messages on each handset is annoying, especially in the darkened bedroom. Would buy again without the light for sure.

About what you would expect. Easy set up, reliable.

Panasonic has made outstanding products for years. I bought this because batteries were more than what I paid for my existing phones. So I bought new phones. I have always had good experiences with Panasonic. I have a Panasonic Plasma TV. 10 years and working great. I expect the same from these phones.

My wife was ready to return the phones as she was unable to program the voice message system to capture messages on our phone and not with the phone company. We were able to finally get it right and are pleased with the product; however, would note that Panasonic customer service provided NO HELP in solving our issues.

My other phone, by a different company, was dying fast. I have had Panasonic phones in the past, so I went with them. I love it. I have a phone which is connected to my internet, and the static was unbelievable. This new phone hooked up easily to my internet and is clear as a bell.

I’m happy with the size and love the feet rather than the stand. I can now clean under it. Hey, i’m a woman, what do you expect. I’m not crazy about the color. The picture doesn’t seem as clear as i’ve seen on others tv’s. I like how sleek it is, it’s a nice compliment to my furniture.

Panasonic new cordless phone having very little to do with Panasonic phones made years ago. I replaced my old phone with this phone because the old Panasonic had display problems after was dropped hard several times. The new phone is much lighter in weight, the buttons are not nice and “rubbery” as in the old one, navigation through the menus is difficult and the worst is the sound. I had an older Panasonic at the office (replaced with this one) and I have an older Panasonic at home. The sound of the older Panasonics is robust and natural, in the new one the sound seems fake and at certain distances from the base is crackling and at some instances you hear an echo. Why I kept that phone? If the Panasonic became a cheap made phone I can imagine about certain other brands.

Bought this phone after buying another brand and returning it. This one is easy to set up and has big numbers... Great phone for those with eyes over 40. A little expensive, but came with 3 phones so worth the expense. I would buy it again and would recommend to friends.

The phones are working great no thanks to Bestbuy because I ordered the phones with their gift card due to a different order they screwed up. Then my phones sat in the wharehouse because someone forgot to pick them up. I like the phones but Bestbuy needs to get it together

This set is really nice, love the phones. The only thing I would change is to be able to purchase it without the answering machine. Since most of us dinosaurs who still have landlines have updated to voicemail, it seems like an unnecessary expense and should be optional.

I had a Panasonic cordless phone for years. When I needed to replace the batteries, the total cost was less than buying a new phone. It works well. My only complaint and it is minor, the sound quality is not at the same level as my previous phone. It is still good and worth buying.

Good phone, but no improvements since the last panasonic phone I bought in 2010. The phone does the job, but I think that in 7 years panasonic can include improvements like better ringtones, color and touch screen.

Bought this phone set to use with Google Phone, and works flawlessly. Phone is a little to small to rest on shoulder while talking. Intercom works very well, but could be more clear. Haven't used the headphone jack on the phone, so can not comment on that.

We had a 10 yr old wireless phone system that we started having problems with. Researched the Panasonic phone system and the previous reviews were good so purchased it. It has been very good and the phone quality is much better than our prior phone system.

This system works very well. I replaced an older Panasonic system with this one. I now have better range and voice quality. I also love the caller block feature that allows you to block numbers on the fly so you are never bothered again.

Purchased this set as it was the closet to what I had previously. I've felt that the Panasonic sets have wet down in quality and usability but this one has met my expectations. Good choice if you have a land line.

The phones have a lot of features. The phones do not seem to have great range from base. Older phones were better. Dont want to buy range extender. If trouble cutting out continues may have to return.

Phone performance has been very good. Checked out the rating with various companies and services before buying. Audio quality has been much better than our old phone. Set up was very easy.

I know there isn't a lot of call for hard line phones anymore however these work well and I have no real complaints. I am rating it 4 stars though as the buttons could be raised a bit more however none of the phone Best Buy had were any better in this regard,

Almost everything works fine and the call blocker feature is great. My only complaint is the volume could be higher for both speaker and ear piece. My last set could be turned up louder. If the volume could be turned up louder, I would have given it a 5 star.
