I picked these phones primarily because I needed a five hand piece set, unfortunately I haven't managed to get them working yet. I've never seen a phone before that you don't just plug into the phone jack and have them work, you might have to figure out the complexity of the settings but it at least works on the basic level of making and receiving calls., I've plugged these in and nothing, zip, nada....they simply don't send a signal out or receive a signal in and the instruction book doesn't give any insight, I guess they don't want to have to tell you what to do when their phone doesn't work as a phone. I've given it a two rather than a one....(which if you think about it would make more sense since they don't actually work)...because I assume that at some point I will be able to figure it out. But I shouldn't have to, they should work as is.

Good phone but the battery life is has short life.

I like everything about this phone, except for the volume level available. I have a bit of a hearing issue, and both the phone and speaker phone options lack sufficient volume. Even friends with no hearing issues are surprised at how low maximum volume is.

I believed that the Panasonic brand was a top of the line brand, but this purchase has clouded that point of view. The phone set is average at best as far as reception quality and ease of use. I thought that the phone would flash a indicator light when a voicemail message was left, but this is not the case. Getting around the menu to find settings, etc is not easy at all and the instruction manual does not fully cover everything. i would definitely not recommend this phone for purchase. It has been a huge disappointment.

Works pretty well. The speakerphone button is at the bottom which is harder to find...and it is harder to look at the call list than my previous Panasonic phones.

WE DO NOT USE IT REGULARLY.WE BOUGHT IT BECAUSE A LANDLINE WAS PART OF THE TIME WARNER PACKAGE. IT PERFORMS WELL-NO COMPLAINTS

The phones are good for the price but the speaker phones aren’t great. In addition, the phones could be clearer.

The phone is adequate but the quality of the sound is substandard.It is difficult to understand the recorded messages.
