Phone works but audio is marginal in the recorder and phone

can block unwanted telephone numbers easily and great color

The volume is very low and difficult to hear. Not a quality choice

This product dropped its ability to block robocalls. Then one of the units stopped functioning.

The phone does everything as advertised except answer calls.It alerts me that I have a cell phone call but will not answer through the handsets. I need to locate my phone.

The Caller ID and phonebook numbers on these phones show up intermittently. It is very frustrating! Old phone still shows caller ID all of the time. Have tried everything in their troubleshooting section of the operating instruction booklet and contacted Panasonic support getting no help.

My prior Panasonic phone was very good. This one the sound is very distorted on the hand sets.

Purchased this phone set - not made well or this one was defective- returned it soon to the store- got a cheaper Panasonic- much better

These cordless phone system we purchased has lousey speakers in them. Not a clear sound when you put on the speakers to use the phones

I found this phone too complicated and didn't really need all the stuff that it had in it

This unit replaces an older Panasonic cordless 5 phone system for my parents. They liked the sound quality, familiar user interface and features. I liked Best Buy price matched the competitor's price for the same unit and they had in stock so I could take the system home and burn it in at my folk's place while I visited them. Very great system for them to grow with.

These are the best home phones I have ever purchased. Reception and clarity is the best. My wife has recently had to have hearing aids and these phones are even compatible with them. She was amazed at the clarity. Love all the extra features and would recommend them to anyone. Menus are concise and easy to read......bravo!

I bought this to replace our 3-year old Panasonic phone system - thought the answering machine had stopped working. But when we got the new one the answering system also didn't work. As it turns out CenturyLink made a change and once that was resolved the answering systems on both phones worked. The 3-year old has better sound quality than this new one. The back of the new one feels and looks like cheap plastic. On the new one you cannot lay the phone down on a counter because it will sit on the buttons. The 3-year old does not do that the way it is designed. On the new one the power cord is permanently connected to the charging base that the phone sits on. On the old one you could unplug it. Thus the new one could not be run on my desk because the plug would not fit between the opening between it and the hutch and you couldn't unplug it like on the old one. One would have to lift the hutch to make the opening big enough for either the power plug or the charging base. Seems like they are changing things for the worse to save a few bucks.

Was looking for a phone to replace my mom's home phone, and found this one that actually allows her cell phone to be connected into the system, so when the cell phone rings, so does the home phone, and she can pick up any of the home phone extensions.

One of the handsets with this set did not work properly. Dealing with Panasonic was a NIGHTMARE and they did not stand behind their product or give me a replacement unless I paid $40 plus shipping. There was apparently some sticky substance inside the handset which did not get there by me (it didn't work from day 1) and they insist it must be my fault and that is after it took me 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to convince them I was still under warrantee (their entire mindset was to deny warrantee and deny responsibility) and they were very unpleasant to deal with the entire way through. After 3 months of dealing with them, the end result was that they will not stand by their product and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I used to think Panasonic was a good brand BUT I WILL NEVER BUY PANASONIC AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU LEARN FROM MY UNFORTUNATE LESSON AND NOT BUY PANASONIC EITHER.
