Battery life is terrible.

They used Lithium batteries and these use cheap NiMh one that don't hold charge more that 7 or 8 hours even when phone is not used.

Poor way to do business Best Buy!

Zero Battery Life

It seems like after every phone call the battery dies. It will say "no link" or just need to be charged. I will need to return, find new phones and train my elderly MIL on how to use a new brand. :(

Disappointed!

I had them for 11 years. After setting this system up (which was quite easy, which is a plus) they kept dropping calls after a few minutes. Very frustrating! I liked everything else about the phones, but had to return due to this problem. I’m having better luck with another big name phone maker, and not getting dropped calls. I’m sorry, as I really loved my old Panasonic, and expected the same quality - which wasn’t there.
