    This was a birthday present. The price was excellent and the delivery was quite fast. Getting replacements for land line phones can be time consuming but Best Buy had exactly what I wanted.

    Unclear setup. Can’t undo mistakes in setup. Conflicts with Verizon voicemail. Cannot retrieve voicemails from either phone or Verizon.

      Thank you for your review! To be able to use the voicemail, you will need to turn off the answering machine. Press ANWER ON/OFF on the base and make sure the light is off. -M Panasonic
