    way to difficult to set up never did figure out how to put phone msg on gave them away after a few days of trying

  • Poor Quality Control at Best Buy

    Phone arrived yesterday. Phones arrived all loose in an opened box w/o any packing. Instructions were missing. The box had been taped, opened, and then retaped after the phones had been tossed back into the box. The phones had either been used or returned for some unknown reason. The phones were not new. Best Buy's quality control should not be trusted. I was unable to obtain a refund without visiting a Best Buy store; because of my age I no longer drive. So I am stuck with a defective product with no hope of obtaining a refund. Beware.

    Well, this phone system is working good, but I wish if the volume of the cordless in a coming in call can be higher.
