Sound is very tinny

The Panasonic ones we're replacing had much better sound,

- for ringtone: MENU # 160 on each handset > press the arrow up to set the volume to high > press SAVE.
- during calls just press the arrow up repeatedly until you adjust the volume

So guess what I replaced it with??? A new Panasonic 5 unit system. This system, if as reliable as the old system will probably outlast me!!!

Unhappy about phone

The sound was too soft even after turning up the volume as high as possible. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Had to return to store. Also felt the phone case quality was cheaply made not as good as our prior Panasonic phone.
