I have an old Panasonic set that I used headsets with all the time and never had an issue but this new set is terrible!

I had previously purchased a 4 telephone package

When I got home I found the purchased handsets were not compatible. I returned the purchase. I use Best Buy regularly and generally have no problems. Just purchased a iPad Pro 12.9 and am delighted!

Phones not worth the money

Older lady set this up easily.

These make a terrible buzzing sound when the phone is first picked up, before dialing. Not a high quality sound. Works, but not great. Back up for my cell phone.
