I can barely hear the party I’m talking to. It doesn’t give you the phone number of the missed calls you had neither does it give the name. Bad choice!

In order for the phone to display the name of the person, you need to be subscribed to Caller ID service with your phone company. -M
Worse than bad

I can't even use in on my patio - right outside the sliding door in the room where the base is located. I've had it for less than a month and have already had to go back to my old phone.

Poor service

Panasonic very difficult to reach on internet. Customer very low priority. Product orphan at Best Buy. Maybe I expect too much. Cannot recommend Panasonic or BB.

Very few calls made and some messages left on the answering base. Brand new, would expect 4 to 5 day life of battery before requiring another charge. Do not recommend this product.

Posted .If you are hearing static on your phone, reception breaks in and out or experiencing humming noise on the background while using your cordless phone, it might be caused by a transmission or electric interference, noise can also come from the phone lines, it would be best to locate the source of the interference first and a simple method of determining this would be to verify if static is heard on your other set of phones aside from the Panasonic.
Relocate or plug the Panasonic phone to a different area where there is less interference.
If you are subscribing to DSL/ADSL service, it is recommended to use a DSL filter. Most DSL/ADSL service providers would have the filters available for their subscribers, you may also check out your local electronic stores for availability.
