Purchased these for my mother and hooked them up, sound is good and quality seems pretty good. She wanted something with a headphone jack which id not easy to find these day with most being bluetooth. I would buy again.

I've been with Best Buy for many years and to date I have no complaints whatsoever.

I bought this phone as a replacement to a 5 year old panasonic model that was starting to show its age. So far it seems to be of good quality. The only thing that I have noticed is that it is not as loud as the older phone when it announces who is calling or when talking. My grandmother who uses the phone has not complained about the call volume but she has told me that she can't hear who is calling when announced.

Everything is working just fine and seems to be a little easier than the older phones that I had. Easy to read and simple to operate. I'm even savings some money on my phone bill which is good !

We had a single phone on the fist floor, this phone and answering machine were about 25-30 years old and failing so despite my step mothers old ways I purchased this Panasonic cordless set of 3 hand sets (one for each floor). I love this new cordless phone system.She doesn't have to run down a flight of stairs to answer the phone any more but she wont admit to me I made the correct decision to get this phone system. I am a Happy customer here!!...so is my stepmom.

I have always use the Panasonic brand for my home phone needs. Every time I purchase a set Panasonic comes up with a new improvement. You have to read the booklet to find all the features your phone set has. This is a excellent purchase.

This is our third (5) Panasonic Cordless Phone System. This is a great solution to an overall household land line system. The Intercom system on the phone is quite useful! Best Buy is a great resource for products both in-store and with on-line delivery. Great service and quick response if there is a problem!!!

Replacment for older phones. Works great. Good feature is individual phones can be named.

They work real good ,the sound is very clear and nice ring tones

We have used these new phones for several weeks and we are very pleased. Caller ID numbers show up in bold type that is easy to read across the room. It was affordable in price for a set with 5 receivers.
