Mounting the base unit in the kitchen on the wall was a requirement and we are happy with the mount provided. This phone is being used by someone nontechnical and she has been very happy so far.

Will if needed in time Panasonic batteries to replace. Very pleased so far. Make sure you check the base phone jack prior to set up as needed a replacement which Carrier Verizon did to clear up voice message clarity to hear.

Cordless phone with headset optional jack

The option to use a headset allows me to complete different tasks with having to hold the headset with my hand, for pinching it between shoulder and ear. Large touch-tone, illuminated buttons are a nice touch also. For the price, this is an excellent product.

Great phone

I bought it becasue the previous model I had for years and it finally died. I liked the previous ones so much I decided to go with this newer model. I was pleased to see its just as good and possibly better. This model speaks to you which is strange at first but after a week of use, I finally like it.

Disappointed

Not so, the price was good, the phones work well and there are a few added functions , but there are also some missing functions.
