Not so, the price was good, the phones work well and there are a few added functions , but there are also some missing functions.

The only negative has been that once in a while when I am talking to someone all of a sudden I can't hear what the other person is saying, but they can hear what I am saying. I have to call back. The Panasonic customer service was not any help in solving the issue.
