Base a lot smaller and neater than original, handhelds a bit smaller, great features and so far works great with no issues.

We can each have one in our offices and one in a central location so one is always handy. The features are easy to use. I had no issues with it so far.

I hate the "message" service. It has never recorded a message. Only gives and annoying loud beep after a call, picked up by my BTES voicemail, has ended. Sound quality is poor.

Great for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this phone setup came with quite a manual, I was able to fairly quickly cut to the chase, set it up, get my out-going message recorded, and that's it. All the other bells and whistles will have to wait. The phone is giving me good basic functions including caller ID and that's all I need right now. I also like the big numbers and the clear screen (makes it easier for seniors.)
