Panasonic cordless phones

The only problem I seem to have is trying to retrieve my voice mail messages. It says I need to get a code from my phone provider. I had never heard of this before.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We recommend checking if the voice messages have been recorded by the answering machine of the system instead. You can check that by pressing PLAY button on the main unit. Please also check if you have a voicemail feature from your provider as well which could have recorded the messages instead. Except the batteries!!

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the batteries. They didn't hold a charge like the original Panasonic batteries. I'm going get some Duracell batteries.

Great product, but ordering accessories difficult.

That explains the difference in the two items offered online. It is a very full featured device with very clear sound. The range is somewhat limited and won't reach the far end of my house. The only place I could find the range extender was at Office Depot and I won't receive it until July. I also got the 6th receiver, but I had to get a re-manufactured one from the Panasonic Outlet Store. I don't like buying used products. Why can't Best Buy stock these accessories or have them available for order online.
