I put my contacts in and this phone will announce who is calling. The only thing i couldn't figure out was how to change the greeting, the booklet didn't explain it very good.

Technology has changed and sometimes it is hard to teach an old dog new tricks. We are getting use to the icons and how to use them. OVerall the phone is good.

I'm having problems with hiss and static, though, because I have to keep the base next to my wifi router. If you use an internet phone service, consider your setup.

Excellent Expandable Land Line Phones

We purchased with the 3 cordless phones in black (which has a little gray as well) but love that we can just buy additional ones in the future if desired. Easy to program for even the new user. Arrived very quickly.
