Phone has ability to block unwanted calls and some other nice features. Have had a Panasonic land line phone for over 10 years before it finally died, they’ve been reliable and hold up well. Only wish it had more ring tone choices.

One problem I have is the clock. It doesn't stay accurate. it loses time every time it is set The other problem is a complicated process to add phone numbers to prevent being blocked.

The speakers button is not working well.Everything esle’s working well.

These phones work well, though the phone manual can be somewhat too detailed and confusing. These phones allow one to eliminate almost all telemarketing calls when set up properly.

The multiple hand sets and price point are a plus. But, battery life is not the greatest. If left off the charging unit for several hours, it will alarm “low battery, low battery” until you get up in the middle of the night to place it on the charger. Additionally, when a number is dialed in, if you don’t hit the dial function just right, the phone will dial, but the call does not go thru. Otherwise, it’s fine.

I like the fact that the instruction manual came with the phones. I find myself referring to it often and the size of the manual comes in handy. I like the features, but many of them I will never use.

I am very pleased with this phone system with the exception of phone range. Using my previous Panasonic cordless I was able to go outdoors while talking on the phone. I have not found this to be true with the KX-TGE633M.

Exactly what was needed. Love the call block feature that keeps annoying solicitors at bay. The ring tone, however, bothers my dog who howls whenever the phone rings regardless of which tone is selected.

This was exactly what I was looking for and also my first time buying something since the Corona Virus Outbreak and Best Buy made it VERY EASY and I appreciate that!!!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

The entire staff was so helpful in finding replacement phones for my 80 yr old parents, who love the cordless home phone / landline.

We still resist "cutting the cord"! We replaced our decade old land line phones with the Panasonic KXTGE633M set. We are very happy with this choice. Great value for the price we paid. The numbers are large and all function buttons are easy to read. Phone has good quality audio and nice functions. Very easy to use. Would recommend this particular set. You won't be disappointed.

This Panasonic phone is very easy to set up and the numbers light up and our large so that it's easy to dial in the dark. I highly recommend this for anyone and it is a great price.

This was a gift for my parents and they loved it! They like the fact that you can have custom ringtones set on it. We use a special one for the intercom downstairs and a regular one for all calls. The distance is good and there are 4 of them total included. At the moment they are only using 2, but it's nice knowing that they have 2 extras in case anything happens.

Unfortunately it didn't work out for me. There was static in the line so I returned it. I bought the Panasonic amplified phone. So far it's working fine without static. I did get it within the time frame given to me so that was great.

We had a buy an extra phone for this set to have enough phones for the house. So far, they are working fine. The sound seems to be a little tinny. Otherwise, I would rate it 5 star.

Was the perfect upgrade to existing system - same brand with newer model. All works great as expected.

This was just what I needed to replace all landline jacks

Cordless phones are becoming more and more scarce due to cell phones. This was a gift and it is working well. They come with headphone jacks and belt clip which is a must. I did have to buy one more to help cover the rooms in the house, but it was not expensive.

To set it up, you have to set the number of rings for the answering machine to pick up. I tried calling it with my cell. It wouldn't pick up. I read the troubleshooting instructions, said to d change the number of rings so my cell phone wouldnt pick it up first. I changed it and now it goes into answering mode almost too quickly, dont have a chance to answer it. While I am waiting for it to pick up, I can;t even hear it ring. Strange, tried to adjust it but can't. Works well otherwise.
