I like Panasonic products. There have been changes from their phones in the past. I will buy in the future.

The phone cuts off in mid sentence as it does not hold a chage long enough

Purchased for our new main office. Haven't had any problems yet.

It has a cracking when you talk.Very annoying. Cracks the entire time.

It is basically a decent phone and answering machine.

Handsets are crackly with very low speakerphone quality.

Bought to replace the same system that was damaged in a lightning storm. Quality is not as good as old system. Hands free speakers are poor quality. One phone has mysteriously gone to an obnoxious ring that I cannot change.

The phone blinks and makes the same kind of noise, when I am trying to talk on it. I cannot understand the person I am talking too and they cannot understand me. I want to return this phone.

I needed phone with 2 extra , not 4 extra. Since you did have and I bought this many which I do not use

I have had trouble setting up this phone. It's confusing. It is not just a plug- in. Setting up e-mail is difficult. I have yet to set up. I get messages like : "you have chosen to erase all contacts, please hang up". Too much for me. How do I return this product?

I would return this item back to the store if I had not waited so long. But the quality of this phone unit is very poor. Thee sound volume is terrible.

It is difficult to hear the conversation because the voice fades in and out making it difficult to understand what is being said

can't understand the instructions that came with it. I'm going to throw in trash if I can't get it working

Been using it for months since I bought these. No complaints, the quality of hearing the other person on the phone is amazing, crispy clear. You can go far distance within the house, even if you go tot he backyard, the sound is amazing. The Bluetooth feature is a big plus to liking this product even more. Fully recommend this product if you own a family house.

Great phone. Can hear clearly, even when using speaker phone. No interference from other devices. Nice having so many handsets. So far, seems to hold a charge for quite some time.

Bought this on 10 Feb of this year to replace a piece of junk AT & T Bluetooth system that quit recognizing Bluetooth. Sound is quite clear when talking on them. Picks up signal in the rooms we have the handsets in. BUT-can be a real pain when trying to call or answer the phone when have to go thru numerous attempts to figure out how the heck to actually use it. Cannot just hit the talk button when calling-will get no response. Have to go to Call Listings; find the number I just tried to call; hit redial-otherwise, cannot call anyone. Does not operate per the instructions.

Purchased this phone system to replace my old Panasonic 6.0 Plus five handsets, like this new one, from a different vendor. Pros: All the wizzbang improvements, and newer tech such as bluetooth handshake with cell phones (two) and the ability to block unwanted callers forever with a simple button on the handset. A nice easy to read screen on the base unit and the screens on the handsets are also very legible. CONS: When calling my relative using a headset he commented that I was much clearer with the new phone system, but the new phone is muffled and too low of volume both with headset and either speaker or conventional use with my ear to the handset. My older system does not have that problem. I used this system for a couple of months, putting up with the low volume, mostly a minor irritation, and then I lost all audio on one of the handsets. So, although my wife could hear me on the intercom, I could not hear her or a dial tone - nothing - nada. Since I had this for only a few weeks it is a deal breaker for me. One out of five handsets goes on the blink? Bottom line is that I returned to the vendor and put my old system back to work. Would I recommend this to others? Since this one failure is probably an anomaly, if one is not concerned about the reduced volume and tonal quality of the audio, I would.

Phone clarity excellent. Love the call block feature, it had decreased robocalls.

Had to replace our dying phones. Wanted to get something with multiple cordless phones and an answering machine. So far they are great. Don't understand why they don't sell them with more memory. Only a couple of minutes.
