My ATT cordless phones are new but are horrible calling out with static and squishy buttons that need to be fully pressed or miss a number. Panasonic makes good cordless phones. Panasonic feel good in hand and my calls are clear no static, especially buttons are solid to press when calling out. Block feature is very good.

The most obvious problem is the operation manual for the phone. It is very difficult to understand and to implement the various features for the phone, there is a web site that is offered for operation and trouble shooting, however you must pay a fee to use it.
