The most obvious problem is the operation manual for the phone. It is very difficult to understand and to implement the various features for the phone, there is a web site that is offered for operation and trouble shooting, however you must pay a fee to use it.

Panasonic Phone Purchase

The speaker phone works well. I initially researched phones on the Best Buy website, but went to the Best Buy store to make the purchase. As always, the Best Buy employees greeted me and pointed me in the right direction, which is why I continue to choose Best Buy for my purchases as much as possible. Never underestimate the importance of customer service. My experiences at Best Buy have been positive every time.

Nice to have a phone that does not die after a few minutes. only complaint It takes 6 batteries and they only gave me four wish they told you you need to buy 2 more batteries.

Posted .Products purchased as new from authorized retailers include batteries for each handset. The base unit of the KX-TGF882 model also uses batteries for backup power operation only; it needs to be plugged in for daily use. According to the user manual, these batteries are not included. As this model comes with two handsets, you have been provided with the correct number of batteries needed. -M
