Nice to have a phone that does not die after a few minutes. only complaint It takes 6 batteries and they only gave me four wish they told you you need to buy 2 more batteries.

The base unit of the KX-TGF882 model also uses batteries for backup power operation only; it needs to be plugged in for daily use. According to the user manual, these batteries are not included. As this model comes with two handsets, you have been provided with the correct number of batteries needed. -M

Not easy to figure out features quickly

More capabilities than you would normally use.

The only drawback is making time to read the small book that lets you know how to operate it to the fullest extent. I know that if I had the time to sit, read and execute the different protocols I would be even happier with the product

Very easy to set up, user friendly, took less than 15 minutes to have system working, instruction manual easy to follow. Phone is very easy to operate. Lightweight enough to carry extensions and substantial enough to handle a drop. Highly recommend.

Set up was easy, transferred all my contacts from iPhone without a problem. Don't have to run around to find iPhone as it rings on all the handsets.
