So far so good, still in a learning curve. Lot to get used to because this phone will do so much more than the old one we had. Love this phone.

Manual said there'd be batteries. Mfg said to talk to retailer. I already had purchased some batteries. What a racquet.

Judging on the basis of the first two weeks, this product is a good one.

Panasonic phone system
