One day they might become obsolete. I like always getting the service protection plans that come with it.

It was the worst! I returned it to BestBuy and got what I should have purchased the first time. It is a great phone.

Constantly tells you handset is out of range. We never have had problems with a Panasonic phone. Will have to return.
