When I first purchased I thought it would be ok, but it's horrible. Sometimes the phone never rings and the next thing I know I have a message. The caller is identified on my TV, but the phone never rings. Just Horrible. If I could return it I would, but I had such a hard time just finding this one I honestly don't know if there is a better functioning phone or not.

We recommend taking a handset and pressing MENU then the pound key (#) and type 173, then choose the option Yes and press SAVE. I was able to set up other features, but notable to obtain a dial tone. I contacted my internet provider to make sure that was not the problem. Sadly, I had to return the phone to the store.
