This was the third phone set I tried after my old phone stopped working. When I first purchased I thought it would be ok, but it's horrible. Sometimes the phone never rings and the next thing I know I have a message. The caller is identified on my TV, but the phone never rings. Just Horrible. If I could return it I would, but I had such a hard time just finding this one I honestly don't know if there is a better functioning phone or not.

There are some consistency problems and the call announcement feature is more a nuisance than a help.

Great phone with awesome features. The best feature for us is we can connect our cell phones with it.

Can answer cell phone from any handset. No need to carry cell everywhere in the house. Easy setup.

seems to work fine comes in clear fairly easy to use haven't figured everything it does out yet

I am disappointed in the phone. When setting up the time on the base, I accidently chose a.m. instead of p.m. There was no way to get back to change it. I read the documentation but it was not helpful. I called support and the person told me to set the time on one of the hand held phones. I was able then able to set the time, however the base doesn't work the way I think it should.

Excellent phones that are easy to use! I can always count on Best Buy to find items I need!!

Haven’t used it yet as my WiFi got cut off........

Ordered online and 3 of phones do not have the cover on back to cover battery. Made 11th call today. Panasonic never responded and 11 BB and GS did not either. They told me to drive 45 minutes to the store for help and I ORDERED IT ONLINE! Store said they do not keep spare parts for this cordless phone.. I called.

A disappointing product. I have had Panasonic phone sets in the past that have been first-class products, and that is why I bought this one. I am sorry I did so. The sound in both the base and wireless handsets is tinny; it resembles what phones sounded like when I was growing up back in the 1950s. I’d have returned it but I had damanged th packaging, so, I will accept the loss.

Only 4 batteries provided. Should be 6. A specific type of battery is required which is a bummer. Most likely will have to order batteries online.

Easy to install , looks great with big display , nice two cordless phones...

The phone was never able to capture a dial tone. I was able to set up other features, but notable to obtain a dial tone. I contacted my internet provider to make sure that was not the problem. Sadly, I had to return the phone to the store.

Just navigating for what you want to set up is to much. My old phone which which was uniden, if I set to silent mode it takes care of everything, the ringer and not hearing messages from the answering machine. Panasonic you have to set it twice, one for the ringer and 1 for the answering machine. There is few other things I don't like, I would probably change phones with in a few months.

Because of the lower demand for landlines, I assume, this is still "older" technology. I could not use the Bluetooth feature to connect any current over the head-headphones; I was able to find some that were about 3 years old and they could pair. The pairing instructions were fairly long and convoluted (still using a code system); pairing is not automatic. I wish I had found my review as this information isn't out there anywhere I could find.

This phone the price was good but the volume is so soft i turn up maximum already still hard to hear even i turn on speaker also

I recently purchased the KX-TGF882B. I had done my research I thought and was ready to this run to the store for this phone. So I did and got it home, apply the start-up. so far, so good. the next morning I notice the base had 1 hour a head so I reset the clock again and the clock went ahead again. so I went on the web (Utube) and to my surprise my phone was not on the website. so I boxed up the phones and return everything. still in love with this model I ordered the same model because the Best Buy store didn't have any more of this model in stock. ran home and set phone #2 and got the same result, so I returned the phone to Best buy.

Great sound from these phones. Very clear. We love it!

The speakerphone is hard to hear even at highest volume. The call block feature is nice and very effective. Call ID does not work if you are on an extension using a different make of phone. Advertised as a system that you can add more handsets; however, no handsets are available to buy from Panasonic that are same model that came with system.
