I tried every way possible to stop the barrage of spam callers every day. I even took the extreme measure of creating a white list of callers that could call me. Nothing worked until "smart call blocking" It's a brilliant solution to an overwhelming problem. Other than that, the phone is above average quality with many features. It comes out of the box ready to use, but if you want to make adjustments to customize it's features, an d you are not technologically inclined, you may want to seek help from someone that is.

Bought for an apartment where they only allow one telephone jack. Allows my elderly mother to be able to answer the phone from anywhere in her apartment without having to struggle to get to the phone. I do find the menu system to set up date, change time, set up your greeting to be cumbersome. The start up guide is very helpful.

the best phones ever, activated auto caller id block and we went from 15-20 robo calls per day to ZERO. The best money i have ever spent. PErsons in phone book need not enter the code that you set to have call allowed thru. Great job panasonic...

This call blocking system really works. We were getting 15-25 robocalls and telemarketing calls a day. Since installing the phone no annoying calls have gotten through. This is no exaggeration, they block everything. No legitimate calls were blocked. It works and it has saved my sanity. Highly recommended.

I have had Panasonic Handset phones in the past. They provide excellent communication & quality sound

I like the option to block so many callers. This is the second time we ordered Panasonic. The first one lasted many years. Having 5 handsets means we’re never far from one.

The phone is great....my age is the problem trying to read the instructions from such small print.

This is a great product with more features than the average person needs. Great sound. Intercom is a major help. This is an update to our current Panasonic system.

These phones are just as advertised. Super easy to set up and use. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I thought it was multi line but it isn't. They are three phones but can only handle one line. The other reason I gave it four stars is because I can only get caller ID to work when I'm on another call. Our phone company glitches the caller ID for incoming calls. If you could get it to show caller ID for every call, I would definitely give it five stars. I love that I can just hit CID and it automatically dials my missed call. Super handy to have three receivers and love having the desk top version too.

The sound tone is excellent. The distance for reception exceeds what I thought it would be.

Battery goes dead in less then 2 days.. My old one would lastl 5 days or more before I'd have to recharge.. I've used panasonic for ver.. but the having to keep on the charger all he time sucks. this is not a true Panasonic character. I've bought panasonic ever since I can remember (( 74 now) . Can t remember when I started.. but once I did - I've recommended to all my friends.. but when my old one was down to two and finally starting to die.. my friend bought me a lset that had 3.. but that one had the same problem so gave to a friend who was old and wouldn't know the difference.. so when I replaced (I needed 5 phones to put thru the house. All I hear every day is battery low .. .. I never dreamed I'd have to start looking else where.. or is it defective?????

So very nice to have a hand set in every room. I had a habit of leaving the one hand set that I had in another room. Although I had an answering machine, I would run, trying to get to the receiver, before it stopped ringing. I am 80 yrs.old, and my family were afraid I would fall during one of these mad dashes. I am happy with my new phones. Should have done this years ago!
