Need Better Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have Panasonic phone with all of the features of this phone except for Robo Call Block and Auto Block. I was given this new phone as a gift. When I turn on the Auto block the caller is asked to enter 1 (by default) but instead of sending the call through, it disconnects the call. I asked the question (three times) if this works only with a landline or is a cell phone number compatible with this phone or a setting? I use a cell phone number with a converter pick up box and then a line to my phone base. Possibly a setting is needed? I sent three questions and I was referred to previous questions as how to use the features. It doesn't appear that someone even read the questions. I have had good service from Best Buy until now and some good deals. This new phone apparently needs to go back to Best Buy as they have no idea as what do to to correct the problem.

Posted .Hello! We have reviewed your questions in regards to this. In our previous interactions, we lacked sufficient information about how your phone is set up. The automated call block function is designed for use with a standard landline number. The issues you're experiencing are due to using a pick-up box to convert your cell number into a landline number. Unfortunately, there is no setting that can resolve this issue; a true landline number is required for the function to work correctly. -M

Muffled with feed back

I thought with being an elite member i had 45 days to return. Best buy informed me they no longer recognize elilte member status and would not return or exchange because it was over 14 days. Phone is cheaper everywhere else you look
