This phone system is a second buy for me. The old phone lasted 10 years. Yes is the previous model but cant go wrong. Biggest problem after all these years is chargeable batteries now dont hold charge as long. Thats why I rebough5 this years model.

My wife are older and we needed a new phone. I saw this phone and it was just what I wanted. A base phone with 2 cordless extensions. It has many features(that we don't use) , but the one I like is call blocking. I click block & confirm and the phone doesn't ring anymore. The phone # still comes up as a fail/safe so you can always answer

Overall, the base unit and drone phones work well and sound quality is good. It's a bit annoying to need to hit "CID" to remove the notification of a missed call, and the handset of the base unit phone is not as hefty as I would like--but considering the price, this is a very nice telephone set up.

Great phones - only drawback is rechargeable batteries they came with only lasted 1 day. Replaced with fresh rechargeable batteries and now they only last maybe 2-3 days. Older phones I had held a charge for at least 4-5 days sometimes a whole week. Nothing is made like it use to be. However, I would recommend the phones.

LOVE this phone! My favorite feature is the Call Block. Wit a push of a button, I can block unwanted soliciting calls. The MAIN reason, hover, that I bought this phone is that it is among the rare few that still have a headphone jack on the handset. There are many other features I haven't explored yet, but so far, so good!

It works well. Speaker sound could be better. Reiception is good.

We are very pleased with our new Panasonic Cordless Phone System. It is quite different that my prior system. I only wish that was a way to transfer our 200 * -prior phone numbers to this new set. I'm only able to add abt 10 day with my other family commitments .

Purchased for Aunt over 85 yrs old with health issues. Love the announce caller feature and that it uses regular rechargeable AAA batteries (manual recommends HHR-4DPA batteries. To order: http://shop.panasonic.com/support) The battery backup in the corded base is essential in power failures with frequent storms in this area. But even without the batteries, the corded base will work with home landlines to make and receive emergency calls. Internet phones and even cell phones are useless without electricity and cell tower connection. IMPORTANT: Every home should have a landline and at least one Panasonic corded phone for emergencies.

I bought this phone package to ensure a landline phone connection was available in more rooms for my elderly relatives who are not comfortable with cell phones. The battery life is good, although they keep the phones on the cradles most of the time. Easy to set up.

Love my phones so advanced from old phones. Am senior, and it is nice to have in rooms I am usually in.

I think the most disappointing thing is the fact that you can not remove the handset for more than 20 to 30 minutes out of the charger without losing the charge completely. Simply put. It does not hold the charge very long. The second thing that's disappointing is you are limited to a maximum of 6 handsets.

I had the same Panasonic Phone System for 10 years and it was time for a new one. some of the handsets were staticky, so I just replaced the whole system with a new up to date system. It was easy to set up and install and static free!

I purchased this Panasonic system because of the many features it possessed. Mainly having 5 phones allowed me to have a phone in every room, not having to run elsewhere to answer it. Also I liked the features that allowed me to easily see who was calling and the call blocker that was on the system. It works for me!

Sound quality in speakerphone is good - intuitive functions - Simple to use -

Had to get used to it because it was such an upgrade from our last one but it's so much easier and better. Does it all!!

One of the few phones that come with 5 cordless phones. The sound quality is excellent and it has large storage for contacts and call blocking.

Very nice phone up to date features the phone will display and sound who's calling and on the phone it self.

We installed these phones in our restaurant. Previous cordless phones did not ring loud enough for the environment. These can be heard well. Previous phones were not loud enough to overcome the ambient noise within the facility. These do great. I would recommend them and I would buy them again.

I bought this set for my wife as a personal Wedding Anniversary gift. Everything works beautifully.
