I saw this phone and it was just what I wanted. A base phone with 2 cordless extensions. It has many features(that we don't use) , but the one I like is call blocking. I click block & confirm and the phone doesn't ring anymore. The phone # still comes up as a fail/safe so you can always answer

Wit a push of a button, I can block unwanted soliciting calls. The MAIN reason, hover, that I bought this phone is that it is among the rare few that still have a headphone jack on the handset. There are many other features I haven't explored yet, but so far, so good!

We followed the instructions given to us with the product but can't get rid of this message. HELP!

The battery life is good, although they keep the phones on the cradles most of the time. Easy to set up.

Priceless home landline phone in power outages

Love the announce caller feature and that it uses regular rechargeable AAA batteries (manual recommends HHR-4DPA batteries. To order: http://shop.panasonic.com/support) The battery backup in the corded base is essential in power failures with frequent storms in this area. But even without the batteries, the corded base will work with home landlines to make and receive emergency calls. Internet phones and even cell phones are useless without electricity and cell tower connection. IMPORTANT: Every home should have a landline and at least one Panasonic corded phone for emergencies.

No more asking where is the phone?

Mainly having 5 phones allowed me to have a phone in every room, not having to run elsewhere to answer it. Also I liked the features that allowed me to easily see who was calling and the call blocker that was on the system. It works for me!

Compatible with waht I need

I wish the hang up wasn't as difficult as it is. I have to add tape so it will hang up correctly and not be taken off the until when answered

Affordable/works well

I am very happy that it is similar to my previous phone, but the cordless phones feel lighter, more cheaply made and my voice sounds odd to me, but it sounds fine to the people that I am talking to, which is what matters. It is an affordable phone that works well.

Nice phone for use in a senior communityl

We don't use all of the phone's features, but there are more choices than most anyone would need. The one feature that we dislike is that the phone rings silently twice before the ring is audible. This causes some callers to hang up before we can get to the receiver to answer because we have only heard two rings and they have given up after "four." There may be a way to defeat this "feature", but we ca't find it.

Please note that there is a feature called "First Ring On/Off". If you turn it off, the first ring will be muted for all calls and if you turn it on, the first ring for all calls will be heard, including calls from blocked phone numbers. To do this, press "Call Block" on a handset, then scroll until you see "One Ring for Blocked Call", select the option, and then select "Yes". Hope this helps! -C

Great Cordless Phones

Previous cordless phones did not ring loud enough for the environment. These can be heard well. Previous phones were not loud enough to overcome the ambient noise within the facility. These do great. I would recommend them and I would buy them again.
