    I don't know if it was my land line or the phone but it did not work. I am going to drop my land line so I returned the item.

    It’s everything I was looking for and more. I was so impressed, brought one for my mom. I’ve been telling my family and friends about it. I like the way the home base is design, the call block feature, it can record calls and affordable etc. Overall it’s a great product.

    Got this phone for my Mom again. Love the big letters and the extra headset. She likes a landline & a cordless Incase the power goes out.

    A replacement for an earlier Panasonic phone set. This was easy to set up and I even synced my cell to it without any headache. Haven't used the blocking feature but that will happen soon. May add another phone but so far less is more.

We recommend following the steps on page 50 of the manuals: press and hold on the button you want to use as a speed dial and add a number to it for speed dialing!     I like the phones however have called Best Buy to get no resolve on the issue with the phones not holding a chatge on the batteries which is very disappointing. With 3 hoyrs os using the phone it starts saying battery low which I am not happy with. I have old panasonic phones from 16 years ago that work much better.

It's important to note that the maximum battery life during continuous use is up to 10 hours. If you use the phone continuously for 3 hours, it will significantly drain the battery, and recharging may be necessary. Our newer phones do come equipped with additional features that can consume more battery power compared to older models. Additionally, like all rechargeable batteries, they do degrade over time and will eventually need replacement. For your model, the compatible battery is part number HHR-4DPA. Replacing the battery might help resolve the issue. -M Panasonic

    This package of 5 Panasonic phones replaced an older set of Panasonic that we had for 5+ years and the quality is great! I know a lot of people are going away from land lines, but we still use one and with this package we can put phones in 5 different places in the house. Very convenient!
