    The phones are really very good for a home landline. The most obvious problem is the operation manual for the phone. It is very difficult to understand and to implement the various features for the phone, there is a web site that is offered for operation and trouble shooting, however you must pay a fee to use it.

    They put terrible batteries. They do not hold charge and ARE NOT Panasonic. Something called "highpower".

Please be advised that the supplied batteries may not be Panasonic, but rather a different brand of Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) batteries, and may have a different capacity compared to the recommended Panasonic replacement batteries with part number HHR-4DPA.
