I bought this to replace my old land line phone, which was starting to act twitchy. The 2 cordless handsets are a nice addition. It has been many years since I had any cordless phones, as the ones I had previously never worked well maintaining a signal in my house. So far these handsets have worked very well. The base unit has easy to use buttons and nice features (more than I'll likely use). The instructions are a bit extensive but fairly clear to follow. Voice quality is very good.

is one of those products that quietly does everything right. Setup is quick, the interface is simple, and the call quality is consistently clear, whether you’re using the main base or one of the cordless handsets. What really stands out is the convenience. With multiple handsets and Link2Cell connectivity, you can manage calls from different rooms or even connect your cellphone, making it incredibly practical for both home and small office use. The buttons are large and easy to read, the answering system works reliably, and features like call blocking add an extra layer of usefulness you don’t realize you need until you have it. It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable—and that’s exactly what you want in a home phone system.

All aspects of the entire system are most satisfactory. It is easy to use and meets all of my needs in communication. This is the second set that I have had and my only criticism, and this may be unjust as I am unfamiliar with such knowledge, the batteries of that set did not appear to last very long.

I really like the quality of this telephone set up. It was easy to set up. I have enough phones that I can spread them throughout the house, so I have one readily available. This is a replacement for an older setup, and it has so many new features such as the call blocker, highly recommend it.

I just purchased thesr phones and they don’t stay charged. The battery backup’s only go to 30% and 50 % and when I talk on them they go dead. I called customer service about them and they said take them back to the store and get another set. I think the batteries are bad but they want to replace the whole phones instesd of just the batteries. I’ve set the phones up and have my family, doctors, and everything else in the phones. I wouhave to erace everything and start all over.

Iwas looking to replace 2 Panasonic Cordless systems or discontinue my landline. Decided on this Panasonic Cordless system because of features and useability. In particular the preloaded 14K blocked spam numbers (plus the ability to add additional numbers) - the number of spam calls dropped dramatically and is now almost a trickle. The system is easy to install. The manual needs significant rework - YouTube How-To videos proved to be the most help. We also enjoy the Panasonic reliability

The Panasonic Cordless Phones (base station w/ phone plus 4 additional phones) replaces a set that was 20+ years old. I deliberated between Panasonic and AT&T brands. I choose Panasonic because it was $20 less expensive, more use friendly, and more pleasing to the eye. Favorable features include larger keypads, black buttons against silver background (rather than black buttons against black background), more space between buttons, large LCD screen, and nicer overall appearance. Audio is crystal clear and can easily block SPAM calls by pressing the red "CALL BLOCK" button when you receive the first SPAM call.

We have only had cell phones for many years, and really weren’t looking to have a traditional phone brought into our house again after all this time. That said, we had to have a regular phone line for some business equipment. Since that meant we had to have a phone line, we figured, why not also plug in a phone and use it for voice? So we did. It works great, and what we found is that it’s really a great thing to have as a backup, particularly if somebody were to fall, lose their phone or in the case of a family member who doesn’t carry a phone with them that they would at least hear this phone and pick up! Either way, the phone works great and it’s kind of interesting to hear a dial tone again after all these years!

Great phone system! This is actually my second purchase of a Panasonic phone system. These Panasonic cordless phones were purchased to replace ones that were about 15 years old. The batteries finally gave out on the 15 year old ones. They seem to block most of the spam calls! yeah! We would get about 4-5 a day. Now get about 2 a week. That makes it worth it! The menu configuration on the phone is not as simple as the ones that were very old, but I think this may be due to having more features.

This is an excellent phone. I had an older one that I liked but the batteries needed to be replaced. I decided I would splurge and buy a brand-new one. The new one is nearly exact to my older one but didn't seem to have the same range. I had to move the base to a more central location. I have a garage some 50 or so feet behind the main house. The phone seemed to be ok at first, but would lose contact with the base occasionally. whereas the older one had no problem. I returned it to Best Buy for a refund. If the range didn't give me a problem I would recommend it, everything else was great.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us! The range between the base and the handsets is limited, requiring you to remain within range for optimal signal reception. Various factors such as the construction of your home, wall thickness, and the positioning of the base unit can affect this range. It's advisable to ensure that no other frequency-using devices are placed near the base unit, as this could further restrict your signal range. -M Panasonic
