    excellent performance but NO batteries were included. Manual said there'd be batteries. Mfg said to talk to retailer. I already had purchased some batteries. What a racquet.

    The base phone and extra hand sets have functioned very well; the instructions were somewhat daunting and I am still figuring out some of the extra functions. Judging on the basis of the first two weeks, this product is a good one.

    This is a very nice phone. But, without the backlighting is was hard to see. Also, it had more bells and whistles than I needed for my Mom. Will have to return.
