She can hear much better using the speaker phone option, and can easily use the various buttons to maneuver the phone better.

It was the worst! I returned it to BestBuy and got what I should have purchased the first time. It is a great phone.

Constantly tells you handset is out of range. We never have had problems with a Panasonic phone. Will have to return.

No Where As Good as The Older System It Replaced

This model has very few instructions, confusing buttons and the volume does not go high enough to hear on speaker phone. There is no message count or indicator that there are older messages on the main unit. Unfortunately, this is the only system with this many handsets.

Old may have been better

However there is no way to transfer the phone book from the old phone automatically. My last phone did this chore by placing one of the old handsets in the cradle while the new one was plugged in. With this new generation marvel , I had to write down the pages of numbers and retype them in the new phone. I'm not impressed.
