Finally after 13 yrs problems started so we decided on another Panasonic. This model, bad choice on us. Poor quality volume and bad speakers

If you are having issues with the sound quality, please press Menu on the handset then press the # key. Following that, please enter 122 and select A. Had Panasonic in the past when they were good.

Also has bright lines at the top and bottom of the display. Wanted to exchange it for a like unit, but nobody has one nearby. Called Panasonic and they just really "blew me off"! No help at all. The phone works and that is about it!!

When I first purchased I thought it would be ok, but it's horrible. Sometimes the phone never rings and the next thing I know I have a message. The caller is identified on my TV, but the phone never rings. Just Horrible. If I could return it I would, but I had such a hard time just finding this one I honestly don't know if there is a better functioning phone or not.

We recommend taking a handset and pressing MENU then the pound key (#) and type 173, then choose the option Yes and press SAVE.
