Posted .Hello! Thank you for your review! If you are experiencing sound issues during phone calls, we recommend performing a test using the Intercom feature, provided you have more than one handset. If the sound remains clear during Intercom calls between handsets, the issue may lie with your phone line, either with the service from your provider or a physical line issue (such as damage). To perform an Intercom call, press the Intercom button on a handset and select another handset in your home. Have a conversation to assess the sound quality. Additionally, on a handset, press the MENU button, then the # key, and enter code 122. From there, use the UP and DOWN arrows to switch the line from B to A. Save the setting and press the OFF button to exit. If the issue occurs when connected to a cell phone, we suggest unpairing the cell phone by pressing MENU #6111 or #6112 (depending on whether it is cell 1 or cell 2), and then re-pairing it. We hope these steps help resolve the issue. -C

Posted .Thank you for getting in touch! To test the sound, please make an Intercom call between handsets. If the sound quality is good, then the issue may be with your phone line. To make an Intercom call, press MENU on the handset, then press the UP and DOWN arrows to select Intercom and select another handset in the house. Have a conversation to test the sound. Also, on a handset, press MENU, then the key "#" and enter code 122, use the UP and DOWN arrows to change the line from B to A, and save the option by pressing the OFF button. Need Help with Installation

The new one doesn't fit on my old base on the wall. I need someone to help me, but Geek Squad said they don't help with home phones!! I'll probably return the phone!

Posted .Hello Nana! Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that the KX-TGF882B does not fit on your old wall base and that you are having difficulty setting it up. If you wish to mount the new base unit in place of the old one, you will need to remove the mounting adapter from the previous unit by following the instructions in its operating manual. Once removed, you can then adjust the wall mounting adapter of the new unit to ensure proper installation. Be sure that the "UP WALL" label is facing upward when mounting. Over 15 day return policy buy a week trying to get an answer. Paid too much for phones for poor response.

Buzzing sound in handsets

Loses the phone signal away from the base

We have had several Panasonic phones in the past and these are by far the most disappointing.

Kindly be informed that the range from the base to the handsets is not exact, as it mainly depends on the environment in which you are using the product, such as microwave ovens, Wi-Fi routers, radios, etc. that would weaken the signal. Anything blocking the base and handset will significantly reduce the range. -M

Okay for Some But Not For Me

I decided to return this system and buy the AT&T set.
