Worst Phone Ever

I have had nothing but problems with it. I can't get it to do the most basic function. If I don't answer on the first ring, it drops the call. Now, 4 months later, the phone and handsets are completely dead. I've had to read the manual and reset the phone more times than I can count. It's awful.

Dead in two months

Did not happen. The display started flashing randomly and erratically within a couple of months. About one month later the phone was consistently dropping phone calls. Did not bother sending to Panasonic because of shipping costs and how long they said would take to repair. So bought another phone to give it a try but not this brand.

Bad Design on Messages

The phone will not send incoming calls to voice mail to leave a message if you are on a call. So my customers can't leave messages for me and I'm loosing business call messages. I will never buy another Panasonic Phone again. Now I need to spend another 100.00 or more for another phone system. This was not advertised with the phone you find it in the owners manual in small print. Bad design.

The answering machine line is busy if you are in a call, however you can get in touch with your phone company and enable voicemail with them, which will allow you to receive messages while you're in a call.

Your time is most likely set to "Caller ID Auto", which is why is changing, depending on the time settings made by your phone company. -M
