Perfect for my 90 yr old mom who calls me daily with complaints on robo & scam callers! It’s been a godsend! She can easily block numbers that seep through with a giant red BLOCK number! The only drawback is now she has a phone in EVERY room.. even the bathroom so now nothing gets her off the phone ! Lol

I like that it's a Panasonic. Other brands seem to have a problem with the frequency. This is clear as a bell, where ever you are in the house or yard you get a nice clear reception. I also like the way it looks and you can see it's a quality piece of equipment. Nice.

The phones are fantastic. They are easy to use - very straightforward. I love having each phone spread around the house - so convenient.

This phone is unique. Calls are clear. There are no complaints. The unit iseasy to use.

Bought this model because our other phone purchased in 2019 was killed by a voltage spike caused by nearby lightning hitting the ground. This one is very similar to the older model with an added feature of being cell phone compatible. It does everything we need and nothing we don't. The 5 phone feature is very handy so you don't have to run through the house trying to grab a phone for a call you were expecting. It announces the caller in accordance with caller ID or whatever name you associate the calling number with when you set it up. Great value, great features.

I bought this phone to replace my old Panasonic phone for my home office. Like the call blocking feature and the fact that one of the hand set is corded. Good sound quality and speaker.

So far this phone has been working very well. It is easy to hear the person calling. The phone itself is a little more complicated to use than our last phone. But I am pleased with the prompts that come up on the screens of both the phone base and on the cordless phones. The call blocker helps screen out unwanted marketing calls!

Great phone system. Hand held phones already registered to base. Basically just plug in and use. Also comes with paper directions, Real paper directions , There's a great idea !!

I replaced my older phone set. This new updated version is the best yet. Easy to set up and different functions

Love the Panasonic phones. The talking ID is very helpful. They are very easy to set up and once you put the info into 1 it's synced with the other handsets.

We purchased a Panasonic wire phone. We liked how this phone looked and felt. We thought it would look great in our kitchen. When we got home and started to take the old phone down and we got the old phones user manual and to our surprise we had purchased the same phone on the same day 12 years ago at Best Buy. We bought the old phone at the same store on 09/06/2013 and we bought the new phone at the same store on 09/06/2025!!!

This phone had a lot of easy to find easy to use features.

Phones work okay easy to use and hear a bit pricey

There really isn’t a great selection of landline phones at this store. The set I bought is good, but a piece, the dust cover for the head phone Jack input, has already broken off one of them. The speaker phone on the handhelds isn’t very loud. The phones over all are good. Where I live there and be frequent electric outages, so I need a landline backup.

The telephone system was easy to install and the spam call blocker has cut down on the junk calls we receive.

This Panasonic phone system was an upgrade to a 17 year old set I previously had. The sound quality is very good and the robocall blocking is amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase from Best Buy. The price was great and the shipping was very fast.

It’s crazy that you kept this purchase over these years yeah like my Land Line and all the different phones sure comes in handy when I lose my cell phone or I need to call out quickly and it removes scam calls real quick
