Sound quality is a little tiny but loud and clear. Like the available features this phone offers. Replaced an old Panasonic phone we had for over 10 years. Glad we purchased this system. The best I could do under the circumstances.

It fit in my hand better, the color was better, and I didn't have to re-enter all my data again. But I bought it anyway....I am glad they still make land line phones.

Great sound quality and sleek looking.
