Sound quality is a little tiny but loud and clear. Like the available features this phone offers. Replaced an old Panasonic phone we had for over 10 years. Glad we purchased this system. The numbers are large a d the volume is very loud. She doesn’t complain about the numbers being small or unable to hear the person on the other end. Great quality.
