Replaced our old Panasonic cordless phone of 15+ years with this one as we figured it would be comparable to our old one which the dial buttons had worn out on. While it was easy to set up and use I was a little disappointed that it was all plastic and instead of a single plug in battery which was cheap and easy to replace it has two Ni-MH batteries in each handset. The screen is larger though and the buttons large and well marked which is a plus for us oldtimers!

Needed a replacement and this two unit set works very well and looks good too. Calls out who is calling on the second ring. Nice feature.

I have owned several Panasonic cordless phones over the years and when it came to purchasing a new phone as a gift for my aging sister, I naturally chose Panasonic. The model KX-TGL432B was not my first choice but Best Buy was out of stock on the phone I wanted, the KX-TGD532W. The latter being a newer model and on sale. The KX-TGL432B worked fine but the controls and interface were somewhat confusing for my 84-year-old sister and husband. For example, the Call Block function is on the down arrow of the Left/Right-Up/down function control. The function of the Call Block is to block annoying robocalls, but I found it also easy to push this key by mistake and permanently block important callers. The ring tone was not as loud as the KX-TGD532W and the speaker sound was also somewhat distorted. The KX-TGD532W is a far better choice which I was able to purchase two days later. Rather than return the KX-TGL432B to Best Buy, I gave the phone away to charity.

To me this is a great brand & went looking for a replacement of old unit. It 's simple to use & that is the reason i wanted the same unit.

Best home phone I have had in years. Would definitely recommend and would buy the same one if needed.

- Easy to set up and space saving. - A reasonable basic home phone - Wish it had two things (probably in a more advanced version): 1. A tone to indicate messages (not just a flashing light) 2. An easier way to delete missed calls

The device has been working pretty well. Though I had no expectations of its functionality, the sound is fairly loud.

Easy to get set up. Buttons a bit small, unlit. Sound quality is excellent. Uses Rechargeable AAA batteries (included) instead of the usual proprietary ones (AT&T for instance).

Glad to have it. I am getting more and more familiar with it as time goes on. I am glad I purchased it. Thank you for having it in the store and at a good price.

Speaker feature works well but to the ear it’s not as clear audibly as it perhaps should be...it’s a little hard to hear at the ear. Easy to use as a phone though. Good reception.

I like my new Panasonic cordless phones easy to set up like the features.

Great handheld telephone with easy grip and large numbers for seniors. Simple programming steps for stored telephone book. Best feature is ability to block extremely high number of robo or otherwise unwanted annoying calls.

Easy to set up and use. One caveat: few will ever use all the menu features without consulting the booklet. This phone replaces one I bought 15 years ago at Best Buy. I hope it lasts that long.

I'm surprised by how clear the voices are. I'm certainly impressed.

Just replaced a 8 year old Panasonic. Because of time I thought it would be much better. But this is off the charts… light, great sound, intelligent, and I can walk all over my house without call degradation. It’s all that I wanted.

I happened to need a new answering machine at home with my cordless phones (multiple levels within house). I think realized that i need to be able to block numbers and see who is calling, etc. These phones did the trick!
