love this phone. it is easy to use and like the light in the background.

I purchased this telephone system to replace my old Panasonic one which I really liked..This one is easy to use and the answering system is loud and clear and I enjoy how it announces who is calling. I would definitely recommend it.

good features - easy to use and hold - has everything i need

It's not a bad buy. It's just a little getting used to following the prompts on screen at first. The sound is good. Set up was easy and fast. Not fancy, but does the job.

Works well through out the house. Really like the block call button.

I needed a new answering machine and John, of the Geek Squad with whom I was working re my computers, offered to help me get a good one. We went to the area they were displayed and we checked them out, I bought one and we went through the box. It seemed easy to install, so I left the store with both computers and a new answering machine. I was happy on all counts as I depend on the Geek Squad for superior work and Best Buy to have what I want for a reasonable price. Thank You

We previously owned this phone and very pleased with the newest model. Last ones last 12 years so hope this was lasts that long! Newer model is lighter and more compact. Great product!

Great phone I have had this phone for many years, easy to use , great price , the phone finally died had to buy a new phone for the house.

Easy to set up and use. We are still users of a landline. My husband is old school.

Great value for the price I paid. The phone worked perfectly after it was fully charged. Features like announcing the caller or number can be helpful when you're in another room. Good choice if you need to have a land line.

I had my old Panasonic unit for about 7 years -- it worked well but was pretty basic -- i was surprised to see how many new features are on this unit with no increase in price from the old unit

well made, trusted brand, easy to read, easy to set up

Because we are older,we still like having the security of land lines. I don't always have my cell phone with me when I move room to room. Family knows if they can't reach me on my cell phone, call my land line. I like the convenience of going room to room with my land line. I will have a land line until I'm 6 feet under. haha

The phone has a small footprint, a comfortable grip, and all the basic features needed for a home phone and answering machine. However, the sound quality is marginal -- good enough to understand the caller's voice, but sometimes has a slight echo or buzz. The price was low, and it's good enough for phone that is not frequently used, but in general, I would not recommend it.
