Good phone, clear voice caller ID when someone calls i do not have to look at the phone, announed the caller info. Easy setup...

This phone is a bit difficult to use at times because it has capabilities that our old phone did not, and the manual is not always written with the unsophisticated user in mind. That said, the voice that tells us where an incoming call originates is very useful for screening calls, and the alert when there is a voicemail in our remote box is a big improvement over having to remember to pick up the receiver and listen for the stuttering dial tone. The clarity of the sound is excellent: one of us is hearing impaired and often has trouble using a portable phone. This one is the exception: no problems at all.

Panasonic cordless phone system replaced a similar previous system for landline calls and messages. Have not been able to experience many of its features yet because it is used to seldom, but we have noted that it does announce callers rather than just display them. Otherwise, it seems as simple to use as our previous system and probably has more bells and whistles that we'll figure out as we need them.

Very easy to install and begin using. Great sound and love the fact that the calling party's name is announced. I am extremely happy with my choice and I would buy this phone again.

it's a great phone, easy to use. It has everything you need, Like blocking those robo calls. answering machine is great.

Easy to program and to use the batteries it comes with is garbage so I recommend purchasing rechargeable Nimh aaa Duracell batteries otherwise the dual Panasonic cordless phones won’t work properly. Other than that the sound quality and ringtones sounds great and the caller ID also works once you get a subscription for that feature through the phone and internet service provider.

Easy to install. Comfortable to grip/ easy to use. The buttons took a bit getting used to as they were easier to push than the last phone we had. This is a good thing for us though we hope they'll hold up over time. For the price we paid, we expect it to. Since we have a separate answering machine, we haven't used that piece and cannot comment on it. The shoulder grip isn't really that comfortable though it is better than our previous phone which had no grip. It is a bit more stylish than our previous phone as well so it looks better hanging on the wall. Overall we like it and would buy it again when it needs to be replaced.

As usual with Panasonic, a quality product and easy to set up and operate. I'm only having a little trouble with functions that changed from my previous Panasonic phones.

I've had Panasonic cordless phones before so when I needed new phones I wanted Panasonic again. My review is based on comparison to my past phones. The Talking Caller ID, assignment of different rings and groups in the phone book are just as good as in the past. With this phone you can store more numbers in the phone book and blocked callers so that is a plus. I purchased new phones because I was having a problem hearing people on my old phones and sometimes people had a hard time hearing me. This phone has features for noise reduction and voice enhancement but I did not find either helped me hear better. However, I do hear most people better and they hear me better without using those features. I didn't realize the new phones had a shoulder rest. I prefer my previous phones as I could stand them up without the base. The screen is great. It lights up bright white and everything is large enough to read.

Purchased this to use with my landline service and didn't want to spend a fortune on a house phone, which I most likely wouldn't use but just want one just because. My mother and I both coincidentally have the same phones and they work pretty well, no complaints so far. The talking caller id feature is great. Volume is a bit low even at the loudest but overall, highly recommend this product.

This is a nice backup system to a cell phone. Convenient and easy to use.
