I like this phone but I think I liked my other phone better. The salesman talked me into this one and I should have followed my own intincts as I would have preferred the other one I had. This one is not as user friendly.

I purchased this phone, and it stopped working, and Best Buy is telling me that I purchased it from a third party. My email confirmation reads Best Buy, not third party. I had recharged the new batteries it still didn't work. Best Buy and whoever they have a contract with have nothing to do with me.

What can I say, this phone replaced our old outdated phone. We've only started to explore the options available on the phone. But it is very nice to have made the move to having a more update phone.

Phones are in great condition and have a lot of upgrades from previous coordless phones

Bought it for my parents as their last phone was not working. This is a great phone, the volume is good

The Panasonic phones we had before lasted almost 10 years and it's cheaper to get new phones than replace the batteries. I would definitely recommend these

The phone works well but the voice that announces the calls is not very helpful. At first we thought every message ended with "and Jack." That was how NJ came through.

After our last Panasonic cordless system we had great expectations at least for the sound quality on our new phones. We were in for a rude awakening. How the mighty have slipped. Panasonics sound is as bad or worse than most others we have tried. It was the one reason to buy Panasonic over any other brand. Not any more. Add that to low volume and these turn out to be terrible phones. Have waited too long to return them. Best Buy isn't Costco when it comes to return policy. Now we have to live with them, for a while.

I was looking for something simple for my mother. It has toll saver ringer which allows her extra time to reach the phone. Large buttons that are back lit. Easy to use message retrieval. Volume buttons and a nice size display

The base on the main line is small enough that it stays on the night stand and the cats don't disturb it walking across. Easy to answer and to dial out.

My Wife and I purchased these phones for my Mother-in-law. The large buttons, easy to read display, and clear voice signature which is compatible with hearing aids made our choice and easy one. They are durable and easy to individualize.

I haven't used my phone yet but I have purchased panasonic phones in the past and love them. I haven't had any issues in the past. I will soon be back to give review once I have used.

Although it is open boz, the volume is much louder than before.

Purchased this phone for a grandmother going into assisted living. All functions can be carried out from the hand set. I have the same phone in my house, I purchased it years ago and it is still going strong.
