Last ones last 12 years so hope this was lasts that long! Newer model is lighter and more compact. Great product!

We went to the area they were displayed and we checked them out, I bought one and we went through the box. It seemed easy to install, so I left the store with both computers and a new answering machine. I was happy on all counts as I depend on the Geek Squad for superior work and Best Buy to have what I want for a reasonable price. Thank You

OK for a Budget Phone

However, the sound quality is marginal -- good enough to understand the caller's voice, but sometimes has a slight echo or buzz. The price was low, and it's good enough for phone that is not frequently used, but in general, I would not recommend it.
