They work great but returned as we needed more handsets, and Panasonic had a set with 5 phones. Definitely recommend these if you only need a few phones.

On the plus side works well for my hearing impaired father but the buttons are arranged in a way that my mother constantly hangs up by accident when she handles it hence not recommended for elderly users
