    I bought several different brand cordless phones for my business in the past 5 years . V-tech: low volume on hearing during calls , Motorola : described as shock free and water proof only to be dropped in a dish sink and failed miserably the first month after purchase . So I switched to Panasonic after consulting a sales rep at Best Buy and settled for this phone. So far so good .

    Panasonic is a very good brand name to use when it comes to telephone i bought it before i never had any issues with it so my choice was definite not by luck
