Base ringer does not turn off

Only thing i dont like about this set is i cannot turn the ringer off at the base station. Otherwise would have given this a 5 stars.

Easy to see the caller I’d and numbers, volume control is also easy to adjust. Would highly recommend this product.

My husband & his 2 brothers installed it for her, it hangs on her kitchen wall, right where the old one was.
