I owned an earlier model of this phone set and opted to replace it when I recently moved. I am hearing impaired and depend upon the speaker phone function for business-related calls. While the earlier model was clear and served the purpose, this model of the phone has poor sound resolution. I did read that in several reviews, but decided to purchase and see for myself.

It is a product which has been working well for us. There have been a number of things to figure out about it, but it has worked out OK.

The only complaint is that I'm unable to get Caller ID. I, along with others, have contacted AT&T, but to no avail.

Works well in our office setting. Flexibility with the cordless phones is always best for our environment.

Phone is very portable. Excellent feature is second cordless phone ; however, disappointed that even though I can listen to a missed call message after the fact, the phone doesn't let me hear it as the person's speaking. This would be especially convenient considering the fact that I don't have the feature that lists the person's phone number.

Old phone started having all sorts of problems so broke down and purchased this. So far it is working great. Solved all the problems I was having.

Works well good volume and speakers. also expandable which make it nice if you want to add another handset.

the phone is great but the voice who tells who the call is from is terrible. hard to understand

I was able to just plug the phone and it worked. There were no confusing directions.

The phone is a good phone for beginners. It has a lot of features, but a little cumbersome to go through the manual to understand them all.

I needed a new landline phone, don't use it too often. It has worked out well for what I wanted. I am happy with the features and usability of the device.

I like this phone because the lettering is big. and if you have a hearing problem you can turn up the volume, so anyone can hear just fine.
